This is my make art daily submission for favourites. I made it with my favourite person, it’s one of my favourite current projects, and it features three of my favourite things, nano, art, and education.
Today’s drawing was inspired by Amanda Palmer’s TED talk (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMj_P_6H69g). I found her description of street performing especially touching. I think people who reach out to strangers, how see the unseen, are superheroes.

I think my face is a bit too long and the node I’d a bit long but overall really great seeing how few portraits I’ve done in the last, like, three years.
Also my nose is bigger in reality and the balance of the face isn’t quite right… Whatevs
