Cesar salad with lemon chicken that Adam made while I updated this blog 😉

A slideshow of the making of our burritos. This is what we put in ‘em.

  • Beans and Chicken (we seasoned with 4 or 5 cloves of garlic, salt, a bunch of cumin (!!!) and a small onion)
  • Sour Cream
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole (a perfectly ripe avocado, half a tomato, most of a clove of garlic and some salt all mashed together)
  • CHEESE (more is better, cheddar and mozza blended is nice (we just used cheddar though))
  • Salad (Lettuce, 3 grated carrots (hidden so Adam would eat it (Adam grated it)), a tomato and a half, and a yellow pepper (I like red, Adam likes green, we compromised (no, really, that is a taste compromise)))
  • Jalapenos (for Adam only)

Bonus: Two were left over for brunch!

The making of guacamole for burritos.

A bagel with cheese melted on it makes for a perfect lunch. I experimentally toasted this in the oven on broil and it was perfect and bubbly.

Delish perogies which someone made for me while I was writing a midterm accompanied by a carrot, broccoli, mushroom and onion stir fry. 😀

Look! We made our own lunch 😛

Who owns the zebra? is the type of logic puzzle I loved all through high school. This is the (messy) work I did in order to solve it.

If you’re intregued there are a ton more puzzles of this variety available here. You have to sign up for the site but it’s free and pretty fun.

Let the puzzle solving commence!

Managed to make dinner for two nights in one night! We stuck this in the fridge for tomorrow.

Pizza is ready!
