We’ve made greek salad again. This time I was hoping to have leftovers so we made about twice as much. However we brought it to a potluck so it mostly got eaten up anyways. We (I) put a bit too much red wine vinegar in it, so we were sort of left with soup at the end. It also didn’t fit in our metal bowl, so we put it in this pot, perfect for a potluck!

Shrimp pasta!! I swear that there were originally greens on both plates (but SOMEONE gobbled their brussel sprouts up before I could take the picture.)
I LOVE SEAFOOD!
We brought some sticky rice home from chinatown for dinner, but decided to add a vegi stir fry of broccoli, yellow pepper, carrot, onion, braggs and a ton of garlic.
Most ambitious meal so far! Chicken + Sweet Potato and Potato fries + Vegis. We boiled brussel sprouts and green beans together, but only realized at the end how helpful lids are in speeding up that cooking process – next time!
Plus, grating cheese over something ALWAYS makes it better.
OMNOMNOM.
Chicken frying in some Italian spices we got for the greek salad. They were pretty good with our sausages as well. Still getting the hang of how long it takes to cook chicken without drying it out.
Who likes food?
I have a new blog project if anyone is interested (also if no one is interested, your interest level doesn’t actually influence whether or not the blog exists). Basically it’s a blog dedicated to cooking while in school (I’m counting co-op as a part of school). So, back to the if you’re interested part, you can find it at Cooking and Chemistry. Enjoy! … I mean, Bon Appetit!
This is our kitchen space + Corner Gas.
What a cute couple!
