Paper Towns – John Green (x)
Oh my god this is so beautiful
The single fastest and most dramatic way to make your art look good (or better) is to print it on photo paper.
I like Canon Glossy II or Canon Matte paper depending on the project.
Anatomical Cross-Sections Made with Quilled Paper by Lisa Nilsson
So ridiculously cool. This really makes me want to try out making something of my own from quilled paper. I have seen the technique in the past but this is definately the neatest thing I’ve seen made with it.
P.S. I am constantly having to prevent myself from every neat thing bookpaperscissors blogs. They’re my #1 tumblr crush with something ridiculous like 20% now, and they’re moderating a new tumblr tag #artistsontumblr. Definately very awesome, you should check it out.
80% on part (1) and 84% on part (2)
That’s good for not having an English class in two years, right?
I’ll take it!
According to UW, that’s an A-
🙂
