I would just like to mention I really appreciate all the support I’ve gotten recently. It feels really good to see that over 100 people, mostly strangers, liked something I made all by myself. I’m referring, of course, to my blog post about the dftba stamp I made, which has been featured with the tags #Crafts and #DIY. It really gave me a boost, and I can use as many boosts as I can get these days. It also makes me even more excited about creating stuff and sharing it on tumblr. 🙂

The Zolas, Body Ash

This is such a nostalgic song for me, first term, and the new music and new friends and new boys. Falling in love with this town and this university… It’s strange the quotes/words that I find comfort in these days, but just as visuals help me learn, imagery seems to calm me somewhat. Anyways, I love this song, and the whole album really.

Minute Physics – Shrodinger’s Cat

Seriously folks, check out this guys videos, his drawings are funny and he explains and clarifies common misunderstandings in a really great way. As I learn more science, it’s becoming more clear to me that there aren’t simple answers to many things, in fact, there aren’t really many answers, just the best models we can currently come up with. Sure, some of them are pretty steadfast, but science and understanding is always evolving at a startling rate. It’s quite exciting really.

TACKLE HUG

so here’s a drawing I did, of a couple of my webcomic characters.
It’s going to be part of a card eventually, and theres a reasonably high likelyhood of the person the card is for seeing this, but I liked it so much I had to show it.

also, I’m definitely getting better at poses/positions of people. I could never have drawn anything remotely like this a year ago. I love it!
